Chicken Pillows

This is so easy to make that I was telling Brandon I didn't want to put it on the blog. It takes no time at all to prepare. The kids eat this really well so we make it once a month or so. It takes about 30 min tops to fix this meal.

3 large chicken breasts

Package of Cream Cheese

Package of Crescent Rolls

Cut up the chicken and brown in a pan. Salt and pepper to your liking. Mix in the Cream Cheese. I dont usually use a whole package. As I am mixing I just get it to the consistency that I like and stop adding the Cream Cheese. Fill each crescent roll with the chicken and cream cheese filling and roll them up. Bake at 350 for 15 min until they are golden brown. I always serve it with sticky rice and a chicken based gravy. You can use cream of chicken soup to pour over it but I prefer Watkins Chicken Soup and Gravy Base.

Let me know if you try this one and how you like it. Enjoy!

HamburgerRolls

This is one of those super easy recipes that is always a hit. This is one of the first things I made for Brandon when we got married and he is always excited when I make it for him.

This is what you will need:

1 pound of Ground Beef

1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk

1 Package of Stove Top Stuffing (Prepare the Stuffing as directed on the box)

1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 TB of Catsup

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Mix Ground Beef and Evaporated Milk. Divide the Meat into 4-5 portions. Pat flat on waxed paper. Put stuffing in the center of the meat and then wrap the meat around the stuffing to form a ball or roll.. Place in a Pyrex dripper pan. Mix Soup, catchup and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over meat. Bake at 350 Degrees for 45-50 minutes. They will often split open, but don't worry they all taste the same.

I like to serve this dish with Garlic Potatoes and a Green salad.

Make sure to tell me what you think. I always like to hear from people who try out my recipes from the blog.

Crock-Pot Italian Chicken

I had a really busy day today so I decided that this was going to be a Crock-Pot Dinner Day. This is one of Brandon's favorite meals. As a bonus for me it is super easy and takes no time at all to prepare. I really like Crock-Pot meals because they are easy to prepare and easy to clean up. This meal has two parts. You add the first set of ingredients and let the Crock-Pot do its magic for four hours and then you add the next set for the last two hours.

To start off add:

1 pkg Dry Italian Dressing Mix

1 Can Chicken Broth

¼ cup butter

4 Chicken Breasts

Cook 4 hours and then add:

1 pkg cream Cheese

2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup

Cook 2 more hours

Serve over rice for Fetttucini noodles. I also like Garlic Bread as a side.

Let me know what you think. I am sure your family will love it as much as we do.
