Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes

This is an amazingly good recipe that I tried for the first time tonight. It was really easy and only took about 15 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes on top of that to cook. There is really noting to it. This is all you need...

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Paprika

1 1/2 tsp Cruched Rosemary Leaves

1 tsp Minced Garlic

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

4 Chicken Brests

6 Red Potatoes cut into one inch cubes (1 1/2 lbs)

First mix oil, salt and all the spices in a large bowl. Add the Chicken and Potatoes. Toss it all together and coat well. Arrange chicken and potatoes in a single layer on foil-lined 15x10 inch baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.


Cook uncovered at 425 for 30 min or until Chicken is cooked through and Potatoes are tender, turning Potatoes occasionally. It smelt amazing coming out of the oven. The Chicken was so good!
