Well We had a great Thanksgiving with my family. We all ate way to much and all the normal family thanksgiving routine. Then we got home today and went through withdraws by not being around to eat all the yummy Thanksgiving leftovers. Leftovers are by far my favorit part of Thanksgiving. So this recipe is the answer to our Thanksgiving leftover withdraws. It is supper easy to make and it will be a favorit of your family. This is all you will need....
4-6 Chicken Breast halves
One Package Stove Top Stuffing
4 TB of Margarine
2 Cups Boiling Water
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 TB Chopped Parsley
1/3 Cup Milk
First you need to make the your Stuffing. Mix the Water and Margarine and bring to boil. Then mix in the Stove Top and follow the directions on the Stuffing Mix.
When the Stuffing is done spoon it across a 9x13 pan leaving room on the sides for your Chicken.
Place the Chicken on each side of the pan. Sprinkle paprika over the Chicken.
Mix Soup, Milk, and Parsley together. Spoon the Soup mixture over the Chicken. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until Chicken is done. Enjoy! Let me know how you like it in the Comments.
