Hamburger Noodle Casserole

If you are ready for the easiest meal ever your in luck. As an added bonus my little Peyton informed me that she likes it better than Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. So this gets a 7 year olds seal of approval. This is all you need...

1 pound of hamburger

approx. 1/2 package of egg noodles

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can tomato sauce

Shredded Cheese

Boil and drain egg noodles. Brown hamburger. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, and tomato sauce into browned hamburger. In a greased casserole dish layer half the noodles, then half soup mixture. Now layer remaining noodles, and remaining soup mixture. Top off with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min and enjoy.

This is one of those super easy recipes that is always a hit. This is one of the first things I made for Brandon when we got married and he is always excited when I make it for him.

This is what you will need:

1 pound of Ground Beef

1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk

1 Package of Stove Top Stuffing (Prepare the Stuffing as directed on the box)

1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 TB of Catsup

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Mix Ground Beef and Evaporated Milk. Divide the Meat into 4-5 portions. Pat flat on waxed paper. Put stuffing in the center of the meat and then wrap the meat around the stuffing to form a ball or roll.. Place in a Pyrex dripper pan. Mix Soup, catchup and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over meat. Bake at 350 Degrees for 45-50 minutes. They will often split open, but don't worry they all taste the same.

I like to serve this dish with Garlic Potatoes and a Green salad.

Make sure to tell me what you think. I always like to hear from people who try out my recipes from the blog.
