The Elf on the Shelf: Day 24

We are not sure what happend last night with Kevin. The kids woke up to a War Zone in the Kitchen. Sarge and the rest of Kai's Army men had Kevin captured in a Coke glass and the entire army was standing guard. Brandon was wondering if he was being detained on suspicion of Elf terrorism or for being a spy. After the last few weeks both could be true. It is hard to  tell what the Army's motives may have been for the capture of our Elf. Kai staged a break out and put all the Army men back in the bucket. So I guess Kevin will now be able to make an escape. We will keep you posted on what happens next.

[gallery] The kids woke up today to an Elf approved breakfast. Kevin had the kids bowl set out and even wrote their names on the table with Apple Jacks. The kids were so excited. Peyton jumped right up and ate her breakfast so Kevin would tell Santa how good she is being. If nothing else Kevin has made our kids listen and mind a lot better.

The Elf on the Shelf: Day 22

It did not take long for our kids to find Kevin. He left a good mess befind that gave away his hiding place.

There he is high above in our kitchen, looking down at his mess. He had a half eaten EL Fudge in his arms and a big smile on his face.

We noticed something about the cookies he left behind. Every little Elf cookie had its head eaten off. We thought that was very strange. Brandon wondered if that means we has a cannibal Elf. We dont know why he only eats the heads but I am glad he dosent just take the cookie apart and lick the fudge out. That is how our little boy Kai likes his Oreo cookies.
