Hamburger in a Pea Patch

Made this tonight and my family loved it. My 8 year old and my 4 year old had second helpings. So If my kids love it I am sure it will go over well with your family.

This is what you will need:

1 lb. Hamburger (brownwed and drained

1 Package Onion Gravy Mix

1 1/2 Cups Water

1/3 cup of minute rice (uncooked)

1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

1 16 oz Package Frozen Peas

1 Can French Fried Onions

Brown and drain your hamburger. Add water, Rice, Garlic Salt, and Onion Gravy mix. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer until the rice is cooked and tender.

Add frozen peas and bring back to a simmer again.

Now stir in the French Fried Onions.

Tater Tot Casserole

20121023-230039.jpg This is super easy and fast, and my kids love it. Not a lot of ingredients so you can put this together with limited time and effort.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 3 cups frozen Tater Tots

Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat. Stir soup, ketchup and Worcestershire into skillet. Spoon beef mixture into 12x8-inch shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes around edge of casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Beef Bake

My little girl Peyton told me that this is her new favorit meal. I think that means I will be making this again soon. Your family will love it and it is super quick and easy.

This is what you will need...

1 pound ground beef

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Bag Frozen Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

2 Cups Water

3 Tablespoons Butter

3/4 Cup Milk

2 Cups instant mashed potato flakes or buds

Cook and brown the beef and drain off fat.

Mix the beef, 1/2 of the can of soup, Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 of the Garlic Powder and vegetables in a baking dish.

Heat the water, butter, the other half of the Garlic Powder, and remaining soup in a sauce pan on high heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in the milk. Slowly stir in the potatoes. Mix the potatoes until smooth. Spoon potatoes over the beef mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until hot.
