Italian Pot Roast

This is a super easy roast idea that you will love. I made this for our Sunday dinner this week.

Ingredients

2 1/2 Boneless, Beef Round Roast 1 Medium Onion, Sliced 2 (8 oz ) cans of Tomato Sauce 1 Package Italian Salad Dressing Mix 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Pepper

Place the Roast in the Slow cooker.

Top with sliced onion. Add Salt and Pepper.

Combine tomato sauce and Italian dressing mix.

Pour over roast.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
