Chocolate Carmel Brownies

This is probably the best brownie recipe that you will ever try. It is super easy and has a taste to die for. When I first got this recipe I made it three times in a two week span. They are really that good.

Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix 1 can of evaporated milk (5oz Can) 40 carmel (basically a whole package) 1 cup of milk chocolate chips 1 stick of margarine

 Instructions

First mix the cake mix, 1/3 c. evap milk, and melted margarin in a bowl.

Now press 2/3 of that mixture in a greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Bake that for 6 minutes at 350.

While the first layer is baking melt your carmels with the remaining 1/3 c. of evap milk.

Now remove the first layer from oven and sprinkle with 1 cup of chocolate chips.

Now it is time to pour and spread carmel on top.

Now place the rest of the cake mix mixture on top in little clumps, and then put back in the oven for 11-15 minutes

Easy Lemon Poppyseed Cake

 

We make this one a lot. My husband could eat a whole cake by himself. Every time we make this I have to make sure I eat as much as I can of it the first day we make it because it goes so fast. It is just so moist and yummy that you will just want to make another one as soon as its gone.

This is what you will need:

1 Yellow Cake Mix 4 eggs 1/2 C Vegetable oil 1 small Vanilla instant pudding 2 TB Poppy Seeds 2 Tsp Almond Extract 1 C Water

Simply mix all the ingredients together.
Pour in Greased Bunt Pan with Suger on bottom.
Bake 40-50 min @ 350. When I thake it out I use a toothpick to check to make sure it is all the way done.
Now Just cut you a big slice and enjoy. This cake is so moist and good that you will just love it.

Grandma Howell's Lemon Cheese Cake

This is a super easy Lemon Cheese Cake recipe that my Grandma Howell used to make. It is one of my favorits. This is actually the first time I have ever tried to make it and it turned out so yummy!

This is what you will need...

1 Package Lemon Jell-o (You can substitute Lime Jell-o)

1 Cup Sugar

1 Can Evaporated Milk (Chilled in the Freezer)

1 Cup Hot Water

5 TB Lemon Juice

Gram Crackers

Chill the Evaporated Milk in the freezer. Start by mixing Jell-o, water, lemon juice and sugar. Let this mixture set up until t is syrupy.

Crush gram crackers in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Crush the crackers evenly in the pan and cover the entire bottom of the pan.

Whip the Chilled Evaporated Milk until it stands in peaks. Then add the Lemon jell-o mixture and mix the two together.

Gently pour the mixture into the pan lined with gram cracker crumbs. Now sprinkle more cracker crumbs over the top. Let cheese cake set up in the fridge for about three hours until firm.
