Breakfast Pizza Remix

I posted this recipe a while back, but I made it again and wanted to share it with some better pictures and a little update.

This is by far one of the best Breakfast recipes that I have come across. My husband and kids absolutely love it. This one is sure to be a hit with your family. This would be a perfect breakfast idea for you to make during the holidays when you have company to feed.

This is what you will need....

1 pkg. Sausage

1 can Crescent Rolls

1 cup Hash Brown Potatoes

4 oz. Shredded Cheese

3 eggs, lightly beaten

3 TB Milk

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

6 TB Diced Peppers

1/4 cup Diced Green Onions

Here is what you do.....

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage. Separate rolls and place on pizza pan. I like to put the dough in the oven for about 5 min at this point because it will help the dough to cook in the middle a little better. Sprinkle sausage, potatoes, pepper and cheese on top of dough. Stir eggs, milk, salt & pepper and pour evenly over pizza. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown.

Let me know how it turns out.

Grandma Howell's Spiced Tang

My Grandma Howell would always make this drink when I was at her house on a cold winter day. The other day I just decided I would hunt down the recipe because I was having one of those pregnancy cravings and wanted something warm to warm me up. This is such a easy recipe and it is so yummy. My mom said that my Grandma would sometimes call this Russian Tea. You can call it what ever you want but I will just call it Amazing!

This is all you need to make this Holiday Treat

2 Cups of Tang

1 3oz Sweetened Lemonade Mix

1 1/2 Cups of Sugar

Tsp of Cinimon

1/2 Tsp of Ground Cloves

Mix it all up and you will have enough mix to to keep you warm for a few weeks.

We have found we like to mix 2 Tablespoons to one cup of hot water. That gives you just enough spice to warm you up. Enjoy!

As always please let me know how you like it.
